By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

The App is a Shopify embedded application designed for Merchants.

We process data primarily on behalf of Merchants in order to provide the Services.

Merchants are responsible for their own privacy policies and compliance obligations toward their customers.

2. Information We Process

We may access and process the following categories of data from Shopify:

2.1 Merchant Data

• Store information (store name, domain, plan type)
• App configuration settings
• Usage and technical logs related to the App

2.2 Customer and Order Data (via Shopify)

• Customer identifiers (e.g., name, email address, phone number, customer ID)
• Order information
• Product metafields related to point names
• Records related to points, point balances, and point usage

We do not collect personal data directly from customers outside of Shopify.
