These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pointify (the "App"), a Shopify embedded application that enables merchants to define service units using product metafields, record service sales as points, manage customer point balances, track point usage records, and segment customers. By installing or using the App, you ("Merchant", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not install or use the App.

1. Definitions

• App: The Pointify software application embedded in Shopify Admin.
• Merchant: The Shopify store owner or any authorized user installing or using the App.
• Point Name: A service unit defined by the Merchant using Shopify product metafields (e.g., "Gym Pass").
• Points: Records of service sales associated with point names, issued upon payment or order fulfillment.
• Services: The functionalities provided by the App, including but not limited to point name configuration, point issuance, customer point balance management, point usage tracking, and customer segmentation.
• Shopify: Shopify Inc. and its affiliates.

2. Eligibility and Account

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the authority to bind the Shopify store you operate.
• You comply with Shopify’s Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Your use of the App is subject to Shopify’s platform rules and policies.

3. License and Use of the App

Subject to these Terms, Pointify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your internal business purposes in connection with your Shopify store, including the configuration of point names, issuance of points, management of customer point balances, tracking of point usage records, and customer segmentation.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App except as permitted by law.
